We accept return and refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personal care products, beauty items, intimate apparel, clearance items, gift cards, or products marked as final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description provided on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review the issue.

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
